‘In The Red’ Film Noir shots

I just have spent the last few days in Salisbury filming a short thriller. It was all very last minute but the script and the fact it was film noir got me changing my life around to do it 😉

It was 1950s makeup so I had many hours in the makeup chair with Isabella Larter, on Friday I had two makeup artists due to the timing demands! Film Noir it turns out requires much heavier contrasting makeup as on film black, white and shades of grey it can look quite flat. So I am looking forward to the end result including all our American accents and gun battle 😉

Laura Stoneman wrote and directed this little gem and Joel Silcox was the fabulous DOP. Alex De Luca was my main co star.

I got to play a cold hearted crazy strong woman, this being my main typecasting apart from when I play yummy mummy. 😉
