Berlinale 2015: just arrived in Berlin for the film festival

Each film festival has it’s own taste & sense of self but just reading through the films curated by Berlinale (the Berlin International Film Festival) I am in awe of the breadth and depth of what the curators are aspiring to. Already booked tickets for a few screenings but I am determined also to go to one of the Culinary Cinema screenings – that’s films about food 😉 It’s apparently become one of the most popular festivals within Berlinale since it’s inauguration in 2006.

This is my first time at Berlinale and I have already bumped into a few friends and old acquaintances. Martine Woolf the DOP and Lefteris Parasyris the director from the short LATENT I acted in and that I went to the BAFTA screening of last week are also apparently on their way here.
